She is a coach and HR strategist with a decade of experience designing people strategy, implementing organizational change, and developing leaders through coaching. She has over 20 years in corporate business working across five industries. Riunita is the Host and creator of the Leading Beyond You Podcast. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, is a certified professional in Human Resources (PHR), has a certification in the Psychology of Leadership, is a certified coach and change management professional (CCMP).
